MEASUREMENT FORM

Our measurement form is your way of providing our tailors your exact measurements. By using the measurements you give, and any additional information such as your specific body "quirks" (for example, one arm longer than the other; sloping right shoulder, etc.), your garments will be tailored to fit you.

You can print a PDF version here. This way, you can take and write down your measurements at your leisure and get the information ready to enter into the form when you check out. You can use as many fields as you desire.

Measurement may best be taken by someone else as it may be difficult to take your own measurements.
Some dry cleaners may take the measurements for you, just bring the measurement form.

Measurements are to be provided using "inches."
